Erica has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has been working in developmental services since 2001. Erica came to Living Innovations as a Case Manager in 2013 after having worked as a DSP, BHP, and Residential Administrator. She later became a team lead for case management prior to taking the role of Program Manager in late 2019. She oversees all shared living, home, and community supports out of the Bangor office. Erica strives to take a proactive, common-sense approach to services. She has a well-rounded skill set and feels fortunate to support the Bangor team and Living Innovations. Erin has been with Living Innovations since 2018. She began as the Community Living Coordinator (CLC) in Concord NH and is now the Program Manager of the NH offices of Concord & Derry. Erin attended the University of New Hampshire where she received her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts. While there she also minored in education, focusing on Special education. Before joining the Living Innovations family, Erin had worked in the school districts supporting young children with special needs and gravitated towards adult services after wanting to learn more of the next steps in life when an adult turns twenty-one. Erin makes every effort to provide consistent collaboration with all teams, coordinators, home providers and individuals she works with. Jennifer has been working in Human Services for more than 15 years. She started out as a direct support professional (DSP) back in 2004 and has worn many hats since then, working as a skills instructor at a Day Program, Group Home Manager, Community Living Team Supervisor, Service Coordinator, and Program Manager. Jennifer joined Living Innovations in 2019 as a Community Living Coordinator and was promoted to Program Manager within the year. Jennifer has a passion for assisting individuals to achieve their goals and helping them be more independent and confident in their own abilities. Jennifer feels that every day is a chance to do something different and make a difference. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys taking long drives jamming out to all kinds of music in her car, singing, watching football (cheering for the Patriots!), and spending time with her family.
